Resolved! New sim activation

I activated my physical sim to eSim but unfortunately I deleted my eSim. I order a new physical SIM card but I am not able to activate it as it asked for a 6 digit PIN code which I am not able to receive it.

sim card

My sim card has suddenly gone to emergency calls only.  I've reset and rebooted phone.  still nothing.  I tried the sim in another phone, and it was emergency calls only!!!I can't even contact EE Any ideas???
