Transfer of existing numbers

Hi everyone we’ve transferred our existing numbers to sim only plans with ee.  The SIM cards arrived with a new number.  How long does the transfer take once the sim is activated?thanks

Resolved! My number still cannot transfer to EE

I tried two times to transfer my existing number to EE, still failed. My number is original from provider A, then transferred to provider B, now want to transfer to EE. Is this case supported?
