I have the same issue. My new sim card arrived yesterday, But if I put in the new sim card no one will be able to contact me as they don't know this new number. I am still using my old Plusnet sim card but, presumably, the new card needs to be inserted for my old number to register? So confusing!!

Hi @PatMP,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Number transfers can take up to two working days to complete. If your EE SIM was activated before 5:30pm I would expect your number transfer to complete on Monday, if after 5:30pm it should be Tuesday.

Your Plusnet SIM will remain active in the meantime.
