Sim swap from Plusnet

Hi, 

swapping over from plus net received my new sim yesterday , and have been waiting since yesterday evening for it to swap over but nothing yet !! I’m also keeping my old no how long does this process take I’ve never had to wait this long before !

The port usually completes the following working day to when it's requested. It can take up until midnight for it to completely transfer over.
