My contract is due to end soon and I would like to change it to a sun only as soon as possible. Can someone help me please?

Difficulty transferring number

Help!!! BT have just transferred me over to EE mobile and already sent me a pac code and the ee sim card arrived today.I've spent all morning trying to transfer my number but everytime I enter my pac code I'm told it's incorrect! It's not!!! So frust...

My phone is not receiving messages

When I switched to EE i moved my number across but now I'm not receiving messages on my number and messages I send are being sent from the original number

PAC code, has it been authorised by yourselves to end my contract with EE

I have filled out the form, letting EE know my PAC code and I want to know if it has gone through and that I can now put my new Sim into my phone, with my new provider?

Sim card stopped working, can't call, text or get data!
