After I switched my mobile number, I can't access the internet on my mobile phone, and I can't link to ee's website, and I can't tether to my device.

Did you switch your number from another network, or just change your EE number?

Are you using a pay as you go or pay monthly plan?

Did you also get a new phone from EE?
