Hi i recently bought a new iphone 15 (unlocked) from apple. It says my EE UK eSim ported across but its not working. I am currently in the US. what do i need to do to get it re-activated?

Move my eSIM to a new phone

My current phone (Pixel 4A 5G) runs on an eSIM. I have bought a new phone. What is the process to movemy eSIM to my new phone (Pixel 7a). Whenever Isearch for this i get directed to an upgrade page!
