I’m stuck

I’m locked out of my EE.My SIM card is not working.i can not call anyone or EEMy passport is out of date so I can not get a sim card in store. I neeed help, I can’t even access my banking app.why do I pay monthly for such a difficult service?

I've done that twice, and the response I get from EE is "The keyword you've given us is wrong, please try again". Looks like I'm going to have to ring 150 - I didn't really want a discussion....hey ho

Switched from 02 to EE

I switched from 02 to EE Ported my old numberMy EE account shows my old number and I can receive calls but when I send messages its showing as being sent by the EE sim number How can I change this
