Hi
I returned from abroad and discovered the sim has gone. So I ordered a new one. It arrived, I put it in as instructed bit it won't connect to the network.

Hi, I’ve had similar problem. Took sim into ee store and they replaced and activated it . Worked fine . Good luck

The sim arrived (the last one was removed and lost) and I put it in but nothing.

@Greg365 : Are you on contract or PAYG?
How long were you away from UK? Did you not use your SIM during that time?
