Error message - number does not exist

Hi, I recently ported a number to EE from another provider. The port appears t be successful, but callers ot the number often (but not always) receive an error messgae - "Number does not exist". Can anyone tell me why and how to fix?Thanks

Please I have a 4G EE mobile WiFi that comes with customized SIM card from UK. And it has expired and when I put a Nigeria SIM card on it, it shows SIM lock, what should I do to unlock it to be able to use another SIM card on it

Samsung S25 ultra
