Wrongly advised on stac code when actually needed pac code.

I've temporarily moved from EE to voxi just for a month as my signal where in at now is horrendous on EE. But I've accidently used stac code to move to voxi but I desperately need my EE number 😪😪.
I've called EE and voxi and said stac code is active today and it's too late but I really need my number as it's used for everything.
What can I do I'm literally begging

I'd recommend speaking to them again to see if the number port/STAC can be cancelled, @Bachmann26.

Hey yeah so they said it cannot be cancelled and it's locked there end try voxi and they also said it's locked can't so nothing 😪😪

It sounds like it's in the process of going through. Once it's all gone through, it may be worth speaking to us on 150 again to see if it can be re-activated.
