I have had no service since Monday and useless costumer service keeps telling me to go into the store and the stores keep telling me to call them. I never want to join EE again and I hope every single one of you rot in hell for leaving me w no service or anything for a bloodclart week

@Aabdow  Are you only contract or PAYG ?   Does your device show a signal? Or does it report something else like No sim  ?

Contract and it shows no signal whatsoever 😭it’s been like this since Monday

@Aabdow  Have a look at THIS  and click the check service status tab. 
if there’s a network issue in your area it should show or you can report it.    

What device is it ?  Can you try your sim in a different device or a different sim in your device?

It’s an iPhone 12 but according to the phone line costumer service there’s a fraud warning but the in store helpers are saying there aren’t any it’s so annoying 😭 imma try a diff store tmw I tried 2 different ones in my whole city (London )

I'd tend away from a network issue if you've not had coverage across a wider area for an extended period of time, as you suggest.

A 2-way SIM-swap between your phone & a working phone, is the way to go here.

Exactly!! I was like can’t you call them and talk to them and the lady she seemed new and was shadowing someone and that person left and the supervisor took a smoke break and aired her the whole time. I was so **bleep**ed I just left 😭I’m gonna try a different store and hope they ain’t as bad as the other one

@Aabdow , do you have another phone to try your SIM card in, or someone else have a phone where you can do a sim swap to see if that makes any difference and to rule out whether there is a fault with either your phone or SIM card?

Yes I’ve tried it all it still doesn’t work in another phone idk what to do I just went to another store and asked them to call costumer service and they straight up said they can’t . I’m on the verge of killing myself istg
