I have the same problem just noticed it, can't even switch data on as the option in my settings is greyed out, tried contacting EE but says network not available, I've tried taking sim out and replacing it, tried aeroplane mode but no luck, having to use my WiFi to contact people and text here

Are you just experiencing this in one place or multiple places?

Are you able to try the SIM card in another phone and also try someone else’s SIM card in your phone to rule out a problem?

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

None of these help as I tried them all, can't even contact ee as it says network problems, will have to go to EE shop tomorrow and see what the problem is

If you have WiFi get Skype and call EE thats the best way ! I was told someone accidentally gave me a pay as you go sim instead of monthly one so they gave me a new one now 😭
