I've got a problem where I can see 4g network status AND receive texts, but can't send texts, receive or send calls OR do anything online, browser or applications.
Iphone 15 by the way.
How is this possible?

In addition to the questions already posed..
What happens when you try to send a text message or make a call? Have you been able to send texts or make calls previously?
