I signed up to a new Sim only deal on Monday and haven’t received my SIM card yet but also can’t track it? When will it be arriving?

If the SIM doesn't arrive tomorrow, I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can send a replacement. If you live near an EE store, it may be worth popping in to get one. You'd need a valid form of photo ID to do that.

SIMs are sent by 2nd Class Royal Mail.
