My SIM has stopped working in my phone. It's showing an incorrect number on the SIM settings and saying I'm not on the network. So I can't call 150 as I'm not on the network.
I have recently changed my phone but it was working for a week or so before this happened. I have also ordered a mobile broadband hub and waiting for a SIM on a separate arrangement, but wondered if they had accidently swapped my number to the broadband instead of sticking with my number for my mobile phone. Either way, I am without WifI as I've been waiting 2 weeks for a mobile broadband SIM, and don't have a mobile that works now. Would appreciate help quickly as I live in the middle of no where and can't make calls/email without driving to cafes for their Wifi which is getting expensive!! Thanks for any advice!!

Hi @EdwinaM
I would suggest that you get in touch with the mobile care team by calling 07953 966 150 from any phone. You can speak to someone over live chat by visiting this page, selecting the product you need help with and then clicking on the 'Start Conversation' button when it appears. Live chat is available 8am - 10:30pm every day.
Something has gone wrong somewhere, and CS should be able to help.
Thanks,
Alex

Thanks Alex - the live chat 'start chatting' option doesn't come up for me? I'll use someone else's phone to call....
