Hi, my employer just tried to call me on my EE SIM card number and it says that the calls are no longer being connected to my phone number.
I was wondering why this happened, I also tried to call my number from my work device and I was told the exact same thing. I even checked on my profile, and I don't need any top up as I still have 15 pounds already charged. Can you please tell me what I'm doing wrong?

@Marta171 does your phone show it’s connected to the network ? When was the last time you made a call on this device or sent a text ?
