I am having trouble with Vodafone which is now onecom and they will only give me the pack code if I pay £2000.00 ,
Vodafone you can’t get in touch with anyone

This not anything to do with EE
It is Vodafone who sold my contract to Onecom these are the problems they are takeing for a ride there contact they have given me is for a business not a 78 year old man they are have been taking money from me for years ,and they are trying to rip me off all the time I have been with them ,as I have been in and out of hospitals for quite a few years due to accidents and a spinal injury which put me into a wheelchair ,and losing my job my house which my wife loved and my wife standing by me through all my depression and trying to kill my self because I had lost everything that my wife loved
how can I keeps up with the contract moves ,when I can’t keep my wife happy,we now live in a bungalow which was got with my mother savings when she past away,
this company is not a caring company it is greedy it take money from people who can’t do anything. EE has been a help to me. Other wise I could quite easily put myself in hospital

Thank you for sharing what you’ve been going through. It sounds like you’ve had a really tough time, and I’m sorry to hear about the challenges you’ve faced.
I’d really recommend getting in touch with Onecom and following their complaints process so they can properly investigate what’s happened. I completely understand that this might feel overwhelming, especially with everything else you’ve been dealing with.
If you have a family member, friend, or carer who can support you with this, it might help make things a little easier. There are also organisations like Citizens Advice who can offer support.
