Hello @Jginger-7big ,
Welcome to the community,
I have no idea about Vodafone and onecom, but you should text PAC to 65075 and you will get the pac code. Not sure why they say you have to pay £2000- to receive the pac code.

They have told me that if I want to cancel my contract with Vodafone I would have to pay them £2000:00
I would have tree pay the hole contract up to 2027 , you can’t get anything from Vodafone,
you have to go through Onecom,

@Jginger-7big , if you have not finished your minimum term, then that is why you have to pay the rest of your contract off, that is the same for all networks, you cannot just get a PAC code and move to another network without paying off your contract, which sounds like a device included in the monthly contract.
You should still be able to speak to them I would have thought, but having never dealt with other networks, I would not know, as I have been with EE, previously Orange, for over 30 years.

It sounds like you may have been sold a business contract with this Onecom company - from an admittedly brief search on the web they are a separate entity from Vodafone and listed as "a strategic partner" for business services.
Unfortunately if you agreed to a contract with them then there is likely no way that Vodafone or any other party can resolve this for you, your contract is with Onecom.
There is certainly nothing that can be done on this EE customer-focused forum.
PAC Codes can usually be requested by texting PAC to 65075, although some companies make this more difficult than it should be.
When using a PAC Code to transfer your number to a new service, once the transfer has gone through your contract is terminated with the old provider and early termination charges will be owed if you are still within your minimum term.

As I am78 years old and I am also disabled and use a wheelchair which have told them many times that each time I have talked to them through the years I have been with them they first answer me with it a business account and I told them it is not and told them it is not it personal and told them my age they are still charging me the same I have a recording of them answering the phone to me which says they tell me it’s a business account and I tell that it is not.
I do not know what to do I think they have been charging me for a long time,
as I am always going to the doctor because of medical reasons I can’t get my brain around this

Why, then, did you join OneCom, who only deal with business mobile, instead of joining Voda as a personal customer? You've only got to inspect their website.

Hi @Jginger-7big,
Welcome to the Community!
It sounds like yurcontract is with Onecome, who use Vodafone's network, but this does not make you a Vodafone customer. When did you take out the contract, and how did you do so?

I didn’t join Onecom I was with Vodafone for years and then told that your dill is now with Onecom,
it looks like Vodafone only sells you the equipment and they send the bill to Onecom so I get 2 bills but you can’t get any information from Vodafone regarding your account it gets put through to Onecom Vodafone does not recognize my phone numbers ,it doesn’t recognize my Email address, it doesn’t my password, why this I do not know,at 78 years old it is hard for me to think how they are treating me after all the years I’ve been with them
I am disabled and have a lot of pain problems with makes it difficult to concentrate on this

I didn’t join Onecom I was with Vodafone for a long time and then they told me that they had changed their bills to Onecom as I was in and out of hospital at the time I could not concentrate on anything I was depressed and in a wheelchair for the rest of my life, so that is a blank to me ,
