I’ve just came over to EE from 3 Mobile, the change has been fine but when trying to get onto my banking app and other Apps, when I have been sent a 4 digit verification code, I’m not receiving them. Has anyone else had this issue before and how is it fixed? Thanks.

As your normal text are working and it is verification messages from multiple companies that are not coming through, its you need to get in touch with our technical support guides to investigate this for you.
Please call us on 150 from an EE phone or see our Contact Us | Help & Support | EE to call from any other phone, and the team will be happy to help.

When exactly did you port-in?
Can you receive person-to-person texts OK, is it only automated messages that are delayed?

My transfer was complete with my old 3 number on Tuesday morning, I’m receiving SMS texts ok and everything else seems to be fine.
just the automated passcodes which isn’t receiving.
