It's not possible to reactivate a SIM card once it has been deactivated/replaced.
You'll need to order a new physical SIM card.
You can pop online to order a replacement SIM, or by calling Customer Service on 150. It will be sent in the post.
Alternatively pop into any EE store with photo ID and they'll issue you a replacement SIM immediately with your existing details transferred over.
In the mean time it's best to remove the old deactivated physical SIM from your device to avoid any connection conflicts with the phone.
