Hi there,
I need urgent assistance regarding cancelling my EE services, as I have been unable to get through to the appropriate team despite multiple attempts.
There is no available customer service email address, and after calling 150 several times, the option for leaving services consistently directs me to a message saying the office is closed. This is not acceptable, as it effectively prevents customers from cancelling.
I have also attempted to book an appointment in-store, but there is no availability. Additionally, there are no clear or accessible options to manage or cancel services through the app or online account, unlike most other providers.
This situation is extremely frustrating and gives the impression that the process is unnecessarily difficult. I require a clear and immediate way to proceed with cancelling my services.
If anyone can provide a direct method to contact the correct department or escalate this issue, please respond as soon as possible.
I expect this matter to be addressed promptly.
Thank you.

What services? Most EE services require you to phone CS & give 30 days notice to cancel. Any cancellation before the end of any min. term will attract early termination fees.
You may expect no more than when the members of this user forum are attending here in their own personal time.

It just keeps saying the office is closed - honestly, the dedication to being unreachable is impressive. Thanks for that.

What are you wanting to cancel & what number are you dialling?
FWIW NO provider allows you to cancel online but they're may be switching optiins depending on what you're trying to do

Tried dialing both 150 and +44 800 079 8586, neither works.
And to clarify, Lebara "most definitely" allows you to cancel through app, have done so in the past. I'm trying to get my PAC to leave EE.

As you want to keep your number, text PAC to 65075. It will respond with your PAC & how much you will have to pay in Early Termination Fees if you are still within your min term. Give the PAC to new provider. This will have the effect of cancelling your EE contract but you may be liable to pay early termination fees. Best to do this in last few days of your contract term so you have little or no overlap.

Why not just request your pac via the 65075 text route or if you have more than 1 number via the app /online?

Obviously I have tried that. It says that my number is a part of multiple subscription account (whatever that means) so the request can't be completed through text. Then they ask me to call 150, where they have been telling me that the office is closed, hence creating the ultimate loop of wasting my time and leading to nowhere.
