I fail to understand why you think it is OK to wait on the phone for ages when you should be able to text PAC to 65075 and get a reply straight away. Some people have better things to do. It should be just as easy to leave as it is to join.

I have texted PAC to 65075 multiple times, says it hasn't sent. Remove premium services block and spend cap. Still didn't send, messaged customer services. Spoke to customer services they just tried to get me on a new contract. Told them I was at work didn't want a new contract or have time to speak to them, just wanted my PAC code. They have called me since offering me a new deal, again not interested, send me the code. This has been going on a week. Not in contract, owe nothing. This is exactly why OFCOM set up 65075 what part of legally required to provide straight away do EE not understand?

Hi @Knfruitbat

Welcome to the community.

I'm not sure why that PAC request isn't going through for you. Please try speaking with our customer support team again, so that they can look into why it isn't working for you, and organise to send you a PAC.

Let us know what happens please.

Thanks

Chris

@Knfruitbat : Do you have more than 1 no. on your a/c? If so, the text method does not work. You need to call CS to request your PAC.
