Hi,
I have recently upgraded from an old sim only contract to a new one. Will I receive a new sim in the post, and will my old number transfer straight over as I am already a EE customer? Also will my old contract automatically end once I start my new sim ?
thank you

@Megan_calver1 provided you upgraded it’s only an account change and your new tariff should start within 24h. You might be sent a new sim. It doesn’t take long to have your number transferred to the new sim.

An upgrade by definition keeps your mobile no. & replaces your previous contract. You should not get a new SIM. You just carry on using your existing SIM. It's just a change of plan on it.
