As in subject, I suspect the order page is sending a confirmation PIN but to a number that I cannot see a text (the MiFi is in my brothers static)

How do I get round this please?

Hi @Gollom

Are you able to temporarily pop your data SIM into a normal mobile phone to receive the SMS code?

Thanks for your reply

Sadly, not practical as it is in mobile router about 60 miles away! Can try and talk my brother through accessing the router to look at SMS but to say he is a luddite is an understatement - he does not have a laptop/tablet and his mobile phone is pretty elderly with small screen. Was hoping there was another way round it

@Gollom

The only other option would be to contact Customer Service upgrades team directly and ask to process the upgrade for you.

Cheers. Not my favourite option - have hearing issues and also trouble understanding them. What is the best number to use if I go that route?

@Gollom : Most mobile routers can receive texts & reply to them. Login to it & look for the SMS Section/Inbox.
