Upgrade unavailable

Hello, the app says I am due an upgrade but when I click on it ,it says upgrade unavailable? I have reloaded the app , phone off/on etc. has anyone else experienced this? Technical say nothing is wrong there end which clearly can't be right?

If you are out of contract and it is the same on both the app and website, it would need to be looked at by our tech guides, and have a ticket raised if needed.

Alternatively, you can upgrade over the phone with our upgrades guides or by visiting an EE store.

Thanks for coming to the community.

Do you see the same thing if you login through the EE website?

When you are logged in, if you go to Manage > Mobile & SIMs, when does the contract show it is due to end?

I've logged on to the website on another computer and still says the same, contract ended 2024.
