Hi,

I am trying to transfer my number to my new EE sim. When i fill in the form online, the form does not recognise my new EE number and throws an error: "Please make sure you enter the right phone number. It must be a UK phone number and start with 07." The number does start from 07. How can i resolve it?

Hi @kwadrans11

Thanks for posting.

Are you transferring a number to EE?

If so, have you received the EE SIM card?

Speak soon.

Leanne.

@kwadrans11   Your going to have to explain what you mean.    A MVNO network is a network that uses one of the main cellular network providers to give their customers a working connection.   Think Tesco mobile,  Labra, Asda mobile, ID mobile and GiffGaff to name a few. These are  Mobile Virtual Network Operators

and you can migrate a number from one of these providers to any other provider.
