Hi.
I submitted my PAC on wednesday 21/08/2024.
Please note everything was done in store.
I ported from 3 to EE and requested to keep my number. I got message that porting was done etc.
But i am unable to receive texts.i can make calls, receive calls, but when i send texts, i receive no replies.
It is annoying as i can not receive any code from NHS or any important stuffs.
Please help.

If you submitted your PAC instore on 21/08, it was most likely done during the day and thus should ordinarily have been set to port-in on 22/08
You mention being able to make & receive calls - is this on your ported-in number? If you send a text, is your correct ported-in number sent? Try sending a text to your temp & ported-in numbers from your own phone, if you're unsure.
If there are any issues with your port-in, CS have access to your individual account and can advise further - but the results of the tests I mention above, may be useful.

As @bristolian highlighted, often port in requests will go through the following working day, but it does depend on the time that you requested this.
What time and date was it you got the text to advise the port was complete, and is it messages from all numbers that won't come through, or just certain ones?
