Unable to confirm esim

Hi 

My phone was damaged so I have purchased a new one on downloading my esim I am unable to activate it as it is sending a txt message to confirm , however I am not receiving the txt messages ( I’m guessing as I have no sim )  my old phone died so I can not access it at all.

Any help appreciated as I am miles away from the nearest Ee store

@Chris997  You need to request a replacement SIM card.    

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
