I received my new EE sim a week ago, gave my PAC code for my old number and was expecting it to take up to 24hrs, but a week later and after several complaints to customer services, it still hasn't happened. they keep telling me when i contact them that it will be within 24 hrs each time and they are saying it's because my old provider hasn't "released the number" yet ! How can i get them to sort this out ?!

I would suggest giving us a call on 150, to get an update on the number transfer, the team can check your account and let you know when this will be complete

I am currently on livechat yet again and they say it will be done by midnight but again say my old provider hasn't given the approval ! I don't understand the process but something isn't being done right

@unhappEE , If your old provider has not given the approval, maybe you should ring them and see why they have not, there must be a reason, this does otherwise seem strange.
