Hello!
Unfortunately due to finances I've had to move from EE to Lebara. The number has been ported to Lebara today. Unfortunately, incoming calls and text messages are still going to my old EE SIM which is worrying me as I need to be in touch with my kids.
I can make calls and texts using my Lebara SIM and the number is showing as being ported to them properly.
Can anyone help please? Panicking a bit.

Which device are you using?
The number transfer can take up to midnight to fully complete.

As @Leanne_T says, it can take up to midnight to complete.
Unfortunately with the UK PAC process you do have to put up with a unknown period when calls/texts may not work but hopefully soon it will be completed and all transferred. It's worth a restart of your phone every now and then.

Ah thanks for this, that's good to know. It's a Samsung S10e I'm using. Texts have actually started coming through so I'll take @chistery 's advice and keep restarting every so often and keep my fingers crossed that calls do soon, too.
