PAC

Right! I want to change my sim but keep my old number. Therefore i need a PAC. Now comes the problem!

-My sim says No Service and has done for a week.
-My sim does NOT receive OR send Messages
-My sim CANNOT receive calls OR make them.
-My sim CANNOT receive PINS/CODES for switching
-My sim CANNOT do anything.
I have already been to Settings > Leave EE > To get my switching information BUT i CANNOT do this as its requiring me to use the sim that's not working at all!
Can i go into an EE store to get this fixed?/Will they be able to port over my ee old number that says no service to my new working number?

Which network is your old no. on? PACs are only used for switching between networks, not within EE.

Why do you want to change your SIM?

A PAC is for transferring your number between mobile providers, so it's unclear why you need a PAC based on this.

Doesnt matter. The EE IS my old number! I want to change from EE. i explained it very clearly and my intentions. I want to switch this useless broken pos EE sim to my new sim but i cant due to the reasons listed above!

I asked 2 questions at the end. replying to those would actually help.

EE won't port nos between its contracts. So you need to 1st port your existing no to another network's PAYG using a PAC from EE & then in reverse port it back to your new contract. This will also have the effect of cancelling your old contract.

You could alternatively move your old contract to PAYG with 30 days notice & then ask EE to transfer the no to your new contract.

Ah! Now we know you are porting to another network (never mentioned previously).
