Hi l have put in my new sim card and was told it would take 2 hours to port my old number from BT but has not been ported yet

Porting doesn't happen at a weekend. 2 hours is best case but it can take up to 48 hours. The process will begin Monday.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I have ported my old no but the my phone is displaying temp sim number hiw can l change this to my ported mobile no thanks

@MARYANNE024 : It could take 2 working days from when you activated your SIM to complete the port as you did it on the w/end.
