How do you recover your number when your credit card has expired a few months ago and want to recover the old number and log into account. When logging into account I want to update details and recover old number?

Hi, I have three sims with EE and am cancelling one of them. I’ve got the PAC code to take my number with me to my new provider. Do I need to do anything else to cancel my EE sim? The contract has ended. Thanks
