I have two active sims on my EE sim app. But can’t find data sharing on EE app.

If you are, can you follow the below steps;

  • If you are, can you follow the below steps;

    • Open your My EE app
    • Go to Family Usage
    • Select who needs data
    • Select the number you would like to gift data from (you will need at least 500MB of data left to be able to data gift)
    • Enter the amount you would like to gift
    • Send the data
    i can’t find Family Usage on EE app. Both sims are on the same account. Both are monthly payments.

Yeah, I’m in UK. 
just order online few hours ago. 
but can’t see in my EE app. 
plus I forgot to port old number. 
and also want to change SIM card to Esim.

If you have just ordered online a few hours ago I would recommend allowing 24 hours for the option to appear.

24 hours are gone but still no family usage options

SIM card has arrived today.

Have you added the new number to your My EE account?

You can do this in your account settings.

I ring BT & EE they said the guy send family sim as a separate sim. Can’t join family account yet because number from old provider needs to be transferred over to new sim. Then should be done tomorrow. So family sim in app should work hopefully.  
can’t believe he didn’t send as family but separate when I even told him so many times.
