Transfer old phone number

Hi, I'm moving across from plusnet. I activated my ee sim on Friday but my plusnet number has still not moved across. How long do I have to wait?

Plusnet said they would handle everything.

Hi @HilaryB1,

I'm sure someone will correct me if I am wrong, but you should still have needed to provide the PAC code to EE in order for your number to be transferred. Could you double check the communications from Plusnet/EE?

 I would suggest that you get in touch with the mobile care team by calling 150 from your EE mobile or 07953 966 150 from any phone to verify that they received the PAC code from plusnet.

I spoke to plusnet on Friday and they said I didn't need to do anything.
They would do it for me

As it has been two working days after the weekend I would recommend giving us a call so our customer care team can look into this further for you. 

Do you have a PAC code should this be required?
