@Buzz1957 You can you just call customer services. Do you already have an EE SIM card ?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Just spent half an hour with customer services only to be told ‘yes, it will definitely go through either tomorrow or the day after’.
