To get the allowance showing on all change sim number

I need to change my show allowance sim thing as the sim in my phone is different number and changed with app my number but no difference still showing old number allowance help please

Whilst we don't have access to customer accounts via this public forum, I'd love to see if we can help point you in the right direction for getting this sorted. 

Have you bought a totally new SIM and no longer use the old one you can see the allowances for, or are these two numbers that you have on the same account?
