My phone isn’t receiving text messages even though I have signal.

Yes I can send them and make calls I just can’t receive text. And yes I’m
in the uk.

Is this effecting every number you try to receive a text from or certain ones? Have you restarted your phone since the issue began? What type of phone is it you have?
