Hi, recently I buy a Iphone and convert my lyca mobile number to EE. Very unfortunately, it is working but I cannot receive any message if anyone send me message. 
I try restarting my phone but it won not work. Plz anybody has similar problem. Answer will be highly appreciate.

Thanks for coming to the community and for joining EE 🙂

If you go into your iPhone settings and select Messages, does the correct number show for Send & Receive? 

If so, can you try turning off iMessage and Facetime and resetting the phone, then please turn both settings back on and let me know if this works for you?

Can text NUMBER to 150, do you get a reply?
