if it helps - i've just had an outbound sales call to check how I was getting on, and asked me about broadband, from 01438989231. Apparently he could see on my account my number port is all set up to be done tomorrow so... that could be good news. Not heard anything from the porting team but unless he was totally lying... here's hoping!
