An inability to make or receive calls is a natural consequence of no network connection, caused by a lack of working SIM.

You can contact EE-CS on 07953 966150 from any working phone, to arrange a replacement physical SIM posted to your billing address or potentially a replacement electronic SIM while-you-wait.

Alternatively, visit your nearest EE retail store with photographic ID, to obtain a replacement physical SIM on-the-spot. You can subsequently convert back to eSIM if you so desire.

Can I not just get the qr code? Because that’s an option. I am going away today so I can’t go to any stores and I need service asap

Hi @Ineedhelpnow

Welcome to the community.

I'm sorry to hear that you've had this problem with your eSIM transfer. I recommend following @bristolian's advice to speak with our customer support team from another phone. They'll be able to see the status of the SIM transfer, to see if it's still being processed.

It's great advice to pop into an EE Store, if at all possible, as they'll be able to set the new eSIM up there an then for you.
