Hi everyone,
I recently upgraded to the iPhone 16 Pro and chose to switch to an eSIM during the setup. Unfortunately, I now have no signal and can’t make or receive calls, even with Wi-Fi calling enabled. I don’t have access to another phone and live far from any stores.
Any advice on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

@Rythebarber Does your old device show a signal still ? If it does just put your sim in the new device, then if you still want to use the eSIM you can do this directly on the device in settings>cellular and click
On your iPhone, go to Settings > Mobile Data.
Tap Convert to eSIM. If you can't see Convert to eSIM, your network provider doesn't support this option. Contact your network provider to move your phone number from your physical SIM to an eSIM using eSIM Carrier Activation or by scanning a QR code.
Tap Convert Mobile Data Plan.

Hi @Rythebarber
How did you transfer to Esim (app, QR code)?
Are you in the UK.
Have you tried restarting your device.
@Chris_B might be able to help.
Thanks
