Hi I have two sims but not sure which one is mine and which is my sons as both have my number on them

Welcome to the community.

Each SIM should have its own number. If you pop the SIM cards into a phone and text NUMBER to 150, you'll get a text back with the number linked to that phone.

Or make an outbound call from a phone with the SIM in, and see what number is presented to the called phone.
