If you still have a Samsung.
Go to your Contacts
Select the three lines on the left top.
Click all Contacts
Do you see a list like Samsung Account, SIM, Phone Google?
You may have saved them on the Selected options

Don't have the Samsung device anymore as its damage. Bout an older device temporarily to be use . Till contract ends or get new contract elsewhere
It's a Moto e13 device it has 2 simm slots an its in 2nd one. Should I put it in slot 1?

Hello @kypton
You can put it in slot 1. I'd maybe check you saved them on your Google Account.

Just put it in to slot 1
Still the same, any other way to get my contacts back as need to make an important call
But now I can't due to not knowing all the digits

@kypton
On your Moto e13 you can follow these steps to transfer your contacts from SIM to device.
Slide your finger upwards on the screen.
Press Contacts.
Press Fix & manage.
Press Manage SIM.
Press the drop down list next to "Save to".
Select your option.
Press Import.
Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
Alternatively, visit Motorola Support Moto E contacts for more help.
