Hi, I need to get a new phone and the ones now take a nano sim, my current phone is a micro sim, I would like to keep my number, and I also want to stay on pay as you go without any deals, any idea how I can do this?
Thanks

Hi @Ted61
Welcome to the EE Community.
Most Micro SIMs in the last 10 years have been a multi-SIM, which means you can push the nano-SIM size out of the Micro-SIM itself.
You can easily check this by looking at your micro-sim and gently try to press the middle part out.
If the nano-SIM pops out, keep the frame in case you need to turn it back into a micro SIM again.
If you find it's not a multi-SIM, you can either call customer service on 150 to order a replacement nano size SIM with all your same number and details. Or pop into any EE store with ID who can issue you a replacement SIM for you straight away.

Take new phone & old SIM into an EE shop with Photo ID & they'll transfer number, any SIM contacts & credit if applicable to a replacement SIM of correct size for free or order a replacement SIM online at Order a replacement SIM for £1.50 or phone CS for one. It will come as a Combi-SIM with all 3 sizes as push-outs.
