I just upgraded my sim to a 12month deal. Since this time I have been unable to make or receive calls. Cannot contact EE for help and chat unavailable. Please help

Old sim, I currently cannot make or receive calls after I made a change to my plan. I haven't been able to reach EE

No, I called on the 24th of May to change my plan because I was initially paying 26pounds and if was expensive for me, I explained to the agent who assisted that I want an affordable plan since my work and home has WiFi I don't think I should be paying that much when I only use mobile data very little. She then said there is an 8pounds plan she will get me started on it. I didn't opt for no calls.

I can receive and send texts, I CANNOT receive or make calls

It gave me a breakdown of data and texts. Didn't say anything about calls. I didn't ask for a plan without calls, I cannot believe I called EE and spent 10mins on a call talking to an agent only to get such a useless plan when I clearly asked for a similar but cheaper plan from the one I had previously. Its frustrating 🤦🏾♀️
