Sim upgrade no calls

I just upgraded my sim to a 12month deal. Since this time I have been unable to make or receive calls. Cannot contact EE for help and chat unavailable. Please help

I can't call any numbers including 150, am due for bill payment tomorrow and i want to fix this so that i pay for the right plan. Is there anywhere on my EE account i can go for that?

This is something our Mobile Care team will be able to sort out for you, when you get to speak to them, @TshepiN01 

There are some other contact methods and phone numbers on our get in touch help page. If you're not able to call from another phone, it may be worth trying a VoIP service, such as Skype.
