Sim unlock code

Hi I have attempted to put my EE SIM card into another unlocked new phone because my phone screen is broken.

When i inserted the SIM card into the new phone it asks me for a SIM unlock number which is between 8 and 16 digits long

Where do i find this? How do i obtain it?

@Stevehiggins666 : You'll find the PUK, to unblock your SIM after too many incorrect PIN attempts, in your online MyEE under Menu > Account Settings > Unlock your SIM.

This doesn’t work

I’m asked for the SIM unlock code not the PUK code

It doesn’t matter how many times i input an incorrect SIM unlock code I’m not asked for a PUK code

Im having the same problem. The SIM is coming out of a pixel 6 and going into an IMO dash

@usergnome   Then you need to ask the network provider that this device is lock too to unlock the device for you.     The device is network locked and until it’s unlocked you can not use a EE sim in the device. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
