I have ordered a SIM online and I have put it into the phone and snapped my old one. I have no signal to get a code to activate and can’t put my old one back in.
Can anybody help me?

Hello James,
everything is all sorted now thank you. I was getting a bit stressed out because I had no way of activating but as soon as I got off the chat with someone the data came on and it’s working now. The number will transfer over in the next couple of days

I ordered it from EE, I haven’t paid for it yet and I’ve already filled out my PAC code in the ordering process online.

Hi @CallumHull13,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
If your transferring from another network with a PAC code, you won't need an activation code. Are an existing EE customer and ordered a new SIM instead of a replacement?

Ah, so you are taking out a contract? The contract plan will have set amounts of allowances.
