Cancelling sim for old device

I am paying for sim cards for old devices I have given away: my old iPhone 11 & my old iPad Pro 13 inch. I cannot find a way online to remove these obsolete SIMs which I am paying for despite having cancelled them by ringing 150 last year. Their subs ran out some time ago so I am not liable for premature termination charges.

You can't cancel your SIM contracts online. You need to call CS & give 30 days notice to cancel each 1.
